Our founder and owner; Started in the construction business like many of his era, working a site as a general laborer. Keith Hadding has always had the mind of an entrepreneur and therefore was always looking at every aspect of the business. Keith would study it from all angles and learn everything he could to improve his ability to offer more to both his employer and his clients.

Keith believes that if you are not learning/growing than you are dying and therefore he still to this day is constantly reading, watching and joining in class room discussions and video chats, webinars, you name it he is still looking at all the angles.

Keith is well designated as a graduate of the real Estate institute, he is an accredited buyers agent, a Real Estate Innovator, a Register Housing Specialist and an Electronic document Professional. Keith holds a NC Broker in Charge license, a NC Residential Appraisal Certification, a SC Residential Appraisal Certification, a NC Property & Casualty license.

Keith Hadding has managed and directed home center and design centers from manufactured stores to luxury custom built homes. He has built or sold homes for a s little as <$10,000 and for multi million dollar estates. Keith has served as a finance manager, a general manager, a sales manager and an area director of multi unit operations.
